We feel that schools should be the safest place our children can be, perhaps at times even safer than the homes in which they live.  Security is not a standalone capability; it is a critical consideration that needs to be continuously tested and revised.

 

At PARATUS SECURITY GROUP, our goal is to make a difference by providing customized training with an emphasis on Risk Assessment and Response Plans. Our specialty is the creation of an Exercise Design Team that is tailored to meet your school's needs, safety initiatives and best practices. Creation of an Exercise Design Team includes stakeholders from within as well as outside your organization to ensure everyone's objectives are met.

Our staff is comprised of Doctorate-Level Educators, Senior Police, Federal and Military Officers. Our training scenarios are specifically designed around the uniqueness of your school and highlight the vulnerabilities that can contribute to an event. Using lessons learned after a preparedness exercise, we will work with your staff to recommend protective measures to address those vulnerabilities and to increase resilience.
